Class time: 8:30a.m. -  5:00p.m.

Course Format:

• Online Component: 8 hours - self paced and theory focused. Must be completed before the in-class session.

• In-Class Session: 8 hours - hands on practise and skills assessment

Certification:
Recognized by Occupational Health & Safety.
Successful participants will receive a Canadian Red Cross Intermediate / Standard First Aid / CPR Level C / AED Certificate, valid for three years.

This course is ideal if you've never had first aid training or if your previous certification has expired.

Course Overview:​

Comprehensive  training course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work, school or just wanting to expand your first aid knowledge for at home. This course Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines, and meets federal and a variety of provincial / territorial regulations for Intermediate / Standard First Aid and CPR C.
