8 hours of online training & 8 hours of in class skills training - this is replacing the traditional 2 day in class course

Has your training been longer than 3 years ago or have you never taken the course before?  Then this is for you!

Comprehensive  training course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. This course Includes the latest first aid and CPR guideline, and meets federal and a variety of provincial / territorial regulations for Standard First Aid and CPR.

This Blended Learning course is provided through an 8 hour self paced online component (focusing on theory) and  an 8 hour in-class  

component focusing on skill development. It is mandatory that the online component be completed prior to attending the classroom session.

The date and time selected at the time of the registration is for the class room component.

​​Upon successful completion of this  training you will receive a Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid/CPR level C/ AED certificate 

which is valid for three years.
