Online Component: 2 hours (self-paced theory)

In-Class Session: 3.5 hours (hands-on skills)

Class Time: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Certification:
Recognized by Occupational Health & Safety.
Successful participants will receive a Canadian Red Cross CPR Level C / AED Certificate, valid for three years.

Who Should Take This Course?
This course is ideal if you've never had CPR training or if your previous certification has expired.

Course Overview:
This training provides the knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking incidents involving adults, children, and infants. The course includes instruction on the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and follows the most current CPR guidelines.

Blended Learning Format:

Online Training (2 hours): Self-paced and theory-focused. Must be completed before the in-class session.

In-Class Training (3.5 hours): Hands-on practice and skills assessment.
