2 hours of online training & 3.5 hours of in class skills training

Have you had never had any CPR training or your course has expired? Then this course is for you!

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)  training provides you with the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular

emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies. All training courses include training in the use of an

automated external defibrillator  (AED), and meets the latest CPR guidelines.

This Blended Learning recertification course is provided through a 2 hour self paced online component (focusing on theory)

and a 3.5 hour in-class component focusing on skill development. It is mandatory that the online component be completed

prior to attending the classroom session. 

The date and time selected at the time of the registration is for the class room component.

​ Upon successful completion of the training you will receive a Canadian Red Cross CPR level C / AED certificate which is valid for three years.​
